TEXTURE DISCLAIMER – Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, or behave the same as other bundles, but they will not be distinctly different.

COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since our products are not processed or colored, our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of 1B or 2 (Off Black) . We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring the hair.

By using our site, you agree to the Terms of Use. Flowing Tresses LLC resererves the right to change these terms without notice, therefore please check before making a purchase.

LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE-Unless otherwise stated, Flowing Tresses LLC and/or its licensors own the itellectual property rights and material on the website.

 PAYMENTS- Credit card payments are processed through  STRIPE.  A PayPal invoice can be generated via email request.

CANCELLATION- Items can be cancelled up until the payment has been processed.  Once payment has been processed, there will be a 30% restocking fee.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY- All items are subject to inventory availability.  If a product ordered is not available, Flowing Tresses LLC will contact the customer within 24-48 of order placement.

PRODUCT USE- Flowing Tresses LLC will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the products that you have purcahsed from our website once it has left our facilities.  Flowing Tresses in not responsible for improper installation, hair not cared for, or damage due to the following- heat applicaiton,perming, coloring, or cutting.
