SHIPPING

Shipping and processing can take up to 7-10 business days.  After your order is received there is a 24 hour payment verification period.  Processing takes an additional 3-5 business days.  After processing, shipping takes 3-5 business days.  Tracking numbers available upon request.  Signature confirmation may be required.

RETURNS POLICY

• Request exchange authorization via email
  
• Due to hygienic reasons, exchanges will not be accepted on washed, colored, combed, brushed, unraveled, or used products.
  
• Products must be nopened unused in original packaging.
